About
Join us for a deeply nourishing Sunday morning designed especially for mothers... a gentle reset for the body, mind, and spirit. This workshop will focus on: Movement as Medicine Movement as Medicine for Mothers is a yoga therapy workshop designed to support mothers experiencing stress, anxiety, physical tension, and overwhelm. Through mindful medicinal movement, breathwork, and therapeutic practices, this three-hour workshop is specifically created just for mothers and offers a nurturing space to soothe the nervous system, release built-up tension, and reconnect with your body. You will be guided through a movement practice that is female-body-focused to stretch, move and feel your strength to release built up tension. Kari will lead you through breath practices and guide you into a delicious yoga nidra followed by an exploration of simple meditation. Practical tools will be offered for you to take off the yoga mat and back into your daily life. No prior yoga experience is needed. Come as you are and leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and capable. Remember, this class is for all mothers pregnancy through menopause and beyond.

Cancellation Policy
MotherLove Yoga does not offer refunds or returns but you are welcome to transfer to another mother if you are ill or unable to attend. Classes/retreats/workshops cancelled due to instructor illnesses, weather, location issues, smoke/fires, Covid-19, etc. will not receive refunds but will be held via Zoom, rescheduled or credited. Private sessions must be cancelled 48 hours in advance to avoid paying for the session.
