Let's get together and focus on your health and wellness. This series is designed for the Mother inside of you no matter where you are at on the journey. Perhaps you haven't committed to something just for you in a while or you are looking to keep on track with taking care of yourself. Join for a series where we will strengthen, stretch, breathe and connect with our focus being on pelvic health, core connection and stress management.
This is open to *all* mothers from pregnancy through and past menopause.

Yoga for Healthy Mothers Morning

Let's press reset and nourish your body and nervous system through movement: both deep strengthening and delicious stretching, breath practices and guided meditation.

Tea, snack and a little journaling will be included, bring your mug and journal!

All mothers, pregnancy through menopause and beyond are welcome

All levels, from beginner to seasoned yogi
